Review content:
We just left Hermitage Steak House, 02/15/13, having gone there for a combined 22nd anniversary/Valentine's Day dinner. We are so disappointed in the 22.00 and 26.00 filet's we had. Mine 6oz filet was supposed to be medium rare. It was medium, sent it back. My husband's 8oz filet was medium rare like it was supposed to be but burnt on the outside. Neither of them had any seasoning at all. He ate half of it. My new steak was medium rare but hardly looked like a filet and by the time I got it back, I didn't even want it. We brought them both home and essentially paid 60.00 including a tip, for the salad bar and baked potato. The waitress didn't advise management and if she did, they didn't come and even address our issues. Needless to say, we won't make that mistake again. We'll go to Outback where at least they care whether your steak is good or not. \r \r Jeanna Baker\r Hermitage, Tn.
