Review content:
I'm wondering if food tastes better when prepared near a car wash. Although Metro Organic Bistro adjoins the Karma Car Wash, I was drawn to the restaurant for it's organic food. I had the Ahi Steak Sandwich, medium rare sashimi grade yellowfin tuna topped with an Asian slaw served on a toasted beer bread bun with fries. The flavor of the tender tuna mixed well with the Asian Slaw. I also took a few bites of the crisp Chickpea Cakes, which included avocado, tomatoes, butter beans, and red onions - another delicious combination of flavors and textures. For dessert, I had half of the Chocolate Bouchon a la mode. My half consisted primarily of the vanilla ice cream, blackberries, and fresh mint leaves, but the few bites I had of the chocolate cake satisfied my craving for chocolate. The menu at the restaurant included a few dishes that I didn't see when looking at the online menu: Ratatouille and a Green Burger (a veggie burger with portobello mushroom). We ate outside, but indoor seating is also available. All of the outdoor seating appeared to be shaded.
