Businiess name:  Fushimi Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
I have been searching Staten Island for fresh and innovative Japanese food for years. Fushimi is superb! Their miso soup is unparalelled. It has more flavor than anywhere else and the fresh and exotic mushrooms used in the soup make it a culinary delight!\r \r You cannot know fresh sushi until you've really tasted it. The taste is apparent in the first bite. Never ""fishy"" tasting, their raw fish is flavorful and beautifully prepared.\r \r They have a complete dinner available for $20 and it is well worth it. I've moved from Staten Island, but make it a point to come back as often and possible, if only to get another helping from Fushimi's menu. Don't pass on the red bean ice cream, either. \r \r Parking can be tough, especially during prime hours. Service was pleasant enough. Overall, Fushimi is head and shoulders above any other Japanese restaurant on Staten Island. Pros: Food was fresh, fresh, fresh. Just what you want with sushi too! Cons: Parking is rough.
