Review content:
Logan raye (Lake Carolina & Downtown) & urban Nirvana are the status quo for day spa in Columbia. They has a decent enough level of customer service, and quality of service to get by but dont do anything to wow. Logan Raye has advantage because it is also a hair salon which is nice for bridal parties, but Logan Raye are so spread out in the services that they offer they never really excel in any one area. This is good for a one stop shop but not when you want just an amazing experience. They are like the Target of Day Spa offering a wide variety of services at a slightly higher price so you can say that you shop in a store thats a step up from walmart. The down side of that is the quality and customer service is so so. It like would you rather buy chocolates from a walmart, compared bakery/cafe or from a Godiva speciality store. The best way to describe my expierces at Logan raye is good enough to get by but not memorable enough to make me want to come back. Logan raye does find some good service technician which i do like but what they have in skill is counteracted by the level of customer service interacting with receptionist, and theatmosphere of being in the spa. I dont want to be trying to relax or just get done relaxing and be right next to hair dryers and people living it up over in the salon. In addition, i hate no matter who i talk to over there no like working for the owner, but because of there location they stay there miserable. I am sorry but i do not relax hear how bad working your boss is. Honest i feel that the owner be out of if he didnt have a location that his employees wanted to be in. My oppinion is that is your new to spas or just looking for a quick way to relax then Logan raye will be ok for your to go with, but if you looking for a regular place to go and have a high level of customer statisfaction & value, I would look at other spas in columbia, charlotte or charleston.
Pros: ok quality, service types, atmospere
Cons: nothing to wow and make you want to come back, value per service is ok but has a large roomm for improvement
