I took my brand new car in (142 miles on the car) for tint. We left the car and when we picked the car up we looked at the tint and went straight home. When we got home we saw where there was damage to the bottom of the door. We took the car back to the shop (within 30 minutes of leaving) and had one of the partners take a look. First they told us there was rust on the dent site, I repeat the car had 150 miles on it at the time. They then explained how they have people come in all the time and accuse them of damage to the car, which I can understand but I had a brand new car right off the lot and they were the only people who opened the passenger car door since I purchased it. He also recommended that if it was his car he would just touch up the paint and move on, again not my fault and a brand new car. We took the car back to the dealership to get an estimate for the repair and then took it back to the shop. They requested we take it to another dealership (not the make of the car) for another estimate. The two estimates were $400.00 apart. Since I wanted to be assured that the paint would match I proposed that they give us the money for the their estimate and refund the tint job (since my experience was unsatisfactory and I had to make multiple trips to the shop and to get estimates) and I would pay the differnce out-of-pocket since I did not want to use their body shop. They refused to refund the tint job and I will have to continue to fight to get the money just to meet their less expensive estimate. This tint dealer has a touch up mentality and if you take care of your things and try not to hurt other people's things then this might not be the shop for you. They have will not take accountability. Your experience will only cause more stress on you if anything should happen. I am very disappointed at the level of customer service and the level of professionalism. Cons: A lot
