This company has several unanswered complaints with the 3 B's. They do not care for properties. 295.00 to repair a sewer line and still after 3 months no word on reimbursement.
They never finished cleanup like they promised and I spent 480.00 to have the yard cleaned 256.00 for the floors that their painters messed up and didn't clean. And even had an electrician out at 126.00 per hour to fix wire faults that caused 2 refrigerators to go out.
If you are an owner, look for a company who will take care of your property for you. If you are a renter, stay away from the houses they manage.
Modern day Slum Lords.
