Review content:
There are too many problems to name with this dump. To begin with, the apartment manager, Lou, is actually the owner of the building. This woman is a flaming racist and homophobic. She is nasty beyond belief. She and her son who is an old drug addict have vandalized cars, and done everything you can imagin to those who speak to the ""management company"" about them. In general, I would say just stay out of any property run by Pacifica Properties. The apartments are not freshly painted before you move in and the carpets are old. They are not updated. Yet they still try to charge what newer apartments in the area are going for. Obviously most people don't want to rent knowing the owner of the property lives on site, she hides it because she's afraid she will be robbed. This is what several tenants uncovered in the last year. Several apartments are about to move out in the next two months. This old woman is absolutely crazy. Her son has told everyone before she is bipolar and it's obvious she is and is in need of help. The things she says about tenants are insane. She will curse people out to their face, and if you complain YOU will be harassed by Sherry (Owner and manager of Pacifica Properties). Just rent somewhere else where you have privacy and don't need to deal with all this drama.
