Review content:
I have been going to this salon since 1999. I have only continued to go there because I am loyal to my stylist. If I had a choice, I would be out the door. The main problem I see that is consistent, is the Front Desk Staff. They don't seem to be trained very well on professionalism. Many times, they have confirmed my appointment, and then not have me on the books. Seems to be very unorganized. Their response to you is, "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I am in the service industry, and I know that if someone on my staff conducts themself the way the Front Desk Staff does at this salon, they won't have a job. If you ask me, the Manager needs to attend a few seminars on "Business Etiquette." Overall will continue to go there until my stylist leaves.
Pros: Great Stylists, Great Products
Cons: Poor Front Desk Staff, Poor Management
