I had my wedding at one of their venues this past weekend, the venue was absolutely gorgeous (our florist did a lovely job). However, I was so incredibly disappointed with the food and attention to detail. We were told that it would be no problem to get a ride for the wedding party to the venue, however, it took them an hour and a half to pick up the bride and bridesmaids (making me late for my own wedding while staying on site). However, that wasn't the end of the world. The most disappointing part of the experience was our food was absolutely terrible. Our tastings didn't go well, so we made up our own recipes and sent photos to the kitchen to make sure that our food looked and tasted good. Our final tasting went really well. When it came to the wedding however, at LEAST one component was left of of each plate. Two of the dishes were so over-cooked that they were inedible. I would not recommend this venue to ANY future brides if your wedding meal is important to you. I do have to say that the hotel is really pretty and the venues can be absolutely gorgeous if you have a great florist like we did. If they want to be a premiere wedding venue they need to get some chef's in who know what they are doing and are organized enough to pull off multiple weddings without sacrificing quality.
