My first appt. was delayed an hour because someone called in sick. My second appt to correct my color (I wanted to go blonde, and basically came home with the same color I came in with) and cut (I got a trim, not a style - I brought in a picture) was cancelled for no apparent reason. I was told I would get a call back within 2 hours from the owner to reschedule, and was never called. Totally not worth the money - I have gotten better service at Great Clips!\r
