I got hooked up with these guys through my roadside assistance service and had to wait 3 hours for their driver to show up. They lied to me and the roadside assistance rep countless times while waiting: first the driver is 10 minutes away, then 30 minutes later, due to ""traffic jams"", he is 5 minutes away, then 45 minutes later he is in a ""car wreck involving the police"", then we were told ""he had a flat."" Who knows what the truth was... who cares, all we asked them is to dispatch someone on time. If you are too busy, Safeway Auto, good for you, but don't be greedy and accept jobs you can't fulfill!! And cutting us short and putting your customers on hold forever so that you can avoid answering the thought questions of where your driver is will not help your business. BOTTOM LINE: NEXT TIME I CALL MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM NOT TO DISPATCH ANYONE FROM THAT JOKE OF A TOWING COMPANY, if they are still even doing business with them that is...
