I had recently contacted this funeral home to handle the death of a relative and was told that they were too busy to take care of us.\r
I read the obituaries and didn't see any acceptable reason for this statement. I know of other funeral direcotrs that care for multiple families at the same time. They only had one other service scheduled and it was a creamation - I checked. \r
I have since heard that they do this to other people all the time.\r
These people are either incredibly full of themselves or completely inept, I really have not decided. But, I can tell you that the owner lied to me directly over the phone. How can you place your trust in that?
