I have lived here for a year and I would like to warn everyone against coming here. The rent has become astronomical and the apartments are old and run down. The maintenance people take forever to fix anything and the airconditioners are so old that I spend a fortune on electricity costs every month. The management are also misleading making promises and then changing things. New management has taken over and they are really rude .... especially once you have signed your lease and need help with anything. Rather go across the road to Berkshires on Brompton, much lower rent and apartments are new... also their laundry facilities are free ! I am going to be moving there ! Can't wait to get out of this hole that is Brompton Court ! Please save yourself alot of headaches and go somewhere else !
