Review content:
I had used Inwwod tailor in the past a few time without problems. So when I decided to have my favorite night gown remade I went there. These were to be my Christmas present from my young children. They picked out the material, colors, and were so proud that I was giving them the opportunity to give me something I really loved and would use all the time. What a mistake! I bought more than enough material for 2 in two different colors and was told it would be a couple of weeks which was ok. I left the the original with her as a template. I went for the fitting and everything seemed ok. I picked them up a couple of days before Christmas. I wore them both twice and they both start to come apart. Neither one had been hemmed properly. Both were uneven at the hem. I took them back and was told to pick them up in 1 week, at no charge for the repairs. The day I went back the store was closed...during ""regular business hours"". No note saying when they would reopen. I did not have a day off for another week, then I picked them up. The one I started wearing seemed ok. I then went to wear the other on and can't even get it over my thighs because she resewn it too small and didn't use elastic thread like she should have. Now I am stuck trying to find someone who can fix it...and it will cost me. I am furious and won't let her sew another thing for me ever. My children are asking why I don't wear the other one and I don't have the heart to tell them that my present from them has been a worthless nightmare. If she wasn't up to the job she should have said so. Cons: sloppy work
