On July 1st 2011 I took my 1999 Cadillac Seville to brads auto for 2 tires check front end for noise and to check motor mounts. they checked the car out and told me it needed an outer tie rod, front motor mount and an alignment and they would have to order the tires they would be in Tuesday July 5th. so they put the outer tie rod on and did the alignment we decided we wanted the car over the weekend and was to bring it back on Tuesday. so Tuesday I called and made sure the parts was there and had taken it to Cadillac to have suspension problem checked which brad could not perform. so on wed morning July 6 dropped the car off for what was to only take a few hours after 5 hours I called and they stated wrong motor mount would be done first thing late wed. or first thing Thursday morning. Thursday at 11 am I called they stated they was working on it would be done about 1 so at 1 pm. I went to brads to find they still did not have old mount out they told me they would have to take off exhaust manifold so I stated let me see they car as I am disabled mechanic I found they had taken apart way to much already and that their inexperience mechanic had no clue how to remove the old mount I then stated to Zach the manager to put my car back together he then stated to let them try one more thing I then told them exactly how to get the mount out I left at 3 pm car still not done I needed some keys out of the car so I returned to brads to find them almost done it was pouring rain they then returned me the car in pouring rain at 4:30 I drove vehicle home and went in for the evening when I came out the next morning to find they had racked the vehicle wrong on their lift and had crushed the finder under car and broke the side molding and finder touching hood. I called brads they told me to bring it in for them to look at it. so I did Zach came out and looked at it and stated they could put in the shop and try and bend it back I them stated no it was to be fixed right it is a Cadillac and was not like that when it came in. he then stated get estimate and he would fax to owner. So I did then on Monday after no response I called and was given the owners phone number I called the owner he then stated he had to look at it. It then took until Friday the 15th for him to meet up with me for him to see it. after he finally showed up after keeping me waiting then he look under car and states that it looks like old damage yes after a week of driving in Florida with raining every day I then stated I have proof was not like that the day before and if he was going to be like that see you in court he then stated ok and has refused to pay for what his shop damaged
