Zero stars was not an option.... I called ahead to the store to check on the price for a ski binding adjustment on a pair of new skis (bought somewhere else). I was quoted $30 over the phone by the employee in the ski area. I made the 30 minute drive north to Santa Barbara only to find that the store would not honor the price quoted over the phone, and was told the price was in fact $50 for a new pair of skis....even after the guy who I spoke with on the phone (he remembered me) confirmed that he quoted me $30. I was told by the other guy (some old guy who apparently hates life and customers) that he wants to charge me $50 because I paid a good price for the skis somewhere else and took business away from his store. My response was that not only was I getting a binding adjustment, but was also purchasing additional gear (ski bag, goggles, gloves), of which I would purchase somewhere else since he would not honor the quoted $30 price. His response: ""take your skis somewhere else"" Mountain Air Sports does not want my business, does not want your business, and does not know the meaning of customer service. Not only have they lost out on my business, but also everyone I know. Do not give Mountain Air Sports you business. Pros: - Cons: bad customer service. Was told to take buisiness else where
