The Pilates Room is the best reformer class in San Diego! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and the small class size ensure personalized attention. It's like having a personal trainer but cheaper!
The mat class is also one of the most strenuous mat classes that I've taken and the new Yoga Lounge Studio is beautiful.
