Review content:
It's not that there's anything particularly wrong with this place, it's just not that great. The positives are that it's almost always uncrowded, the sight and sound aspects are usually acceptable (though there are exceptions), and the seating is comfortable. On the other hand, it's entirely inconvenient, the place is starting to fall apart, and the employees are totally indifferent to whatever you say...best not to bother most of the time. For my money, I'd rather go uptown to the Zeigfeld or the Empire 25...at least I can find those places. And it's totally not their fault, but I don't care how good an evening you're having, it's quite the mood-killer to have to walk around Ground Zero before and after your show.
Pros: Seats
Cons: Location, Proximity to WTC site, Indifferent employees
