Well, where to start...I always have done just some gym workout, but I have to say that this ""pilates stuff"" is pretty hard!! Manon gives you a different perspective on your body, a different way to feel it and gives you an unthinkable awarness through simple movements and ""key words"", supported also by visual explanations from anatomical books and skeleton models.\r
I feel I gained a more ""holistic"" perception of my body and its unbalances that afflict me in my everyday life...it's quite exciting to have found this ""different way"" to care for my body.\r
I just suggest to try it at least once to experience it yourself.\r
