Dr. Gaines offered me and my children excellent services. She was very professional, pleasant, and took an interest in my concerns. She addressed my questions and ensured that I understood any medical procedures I (or my child) was undergoing . I have always been reluctant to go to the dentist and have had dreadful experiences in the past. I shared these feelings with Dr. Gaines. Prior to beginning any medical procedures, she makes sure that I am as comfortable and relaxed as possible. After having a pleasant and painless visit with Dr. Gaines, I was more than happy to bring my children to her practice. My family and I will continue to allow Dr. Gaines to provide us with exceptional dental care.
