Review content:
Pros- Decent Grounds. Fairly nice quality apartment space overall. Cons- Management is a nightmare to work with. I've never felt more frustrated as a tenant. We felt like we were treated like a number, not people. Through our interactions with them over two years, it became apparent that the management was only concerned with how much money they can bring in each month. As a customer of Fox Point and tenant, we felt cheated. Be sure to nitpick your move in checklist. When we moved out, the management took us for every penny they could. We tried to work with them and make sure we left meeting their specifications, but they were not willing to work with us at all. In the end we had to pay more in fees than a months worth of rent. All of this after leaving the apartment in pristine condition. Finally, rent is actually higher than they advertise because of extra fees. We ended up paying $100 more a month by the time we left than when we first moved. If by some reason you end up paying month to month at the end of your lease, be prepared to pay significantly more. I am sad that such great potential was ruined by such terrible management. It was a very disheartening experience living at Fox Point. I would not move back and, therefore, cannot recommend this establishment to potential tenants
