Got a hair dye that was suggested to me by an employee to replace what I had been using but she claimed, "" I use this with my friends' hair and it works so much better."" I tried it, twice! Yeah, I was stupid but gave them the benefit of doubt, since I could have made a mistake. The dye turned my hair a purplish gray, to boot I had a wedding to participate in and I'm only 24. A head of dull gray hair in all the photos will be a great memory. When I went to do a return they refused. I had to call corporate which took hours. When I went back to the store with the name of who to speak with at corporate on the issue, they clerks and manager refused to to call, saying that I had spoken to no one from corporate on the phone. I had to make a huge scene to get my money. But in the end they got embarrassed and lost a customer. Pros: Do it yourself beauty Cons: returns and advice
