I have loved this place since it first ooened - but that all changed tonight. I called and ordered a Large pizza and a double order of wings... they call this a family deal. When I arrived I told the girl I had pizza and wings and she totaled my bill - $34.55.... when I mentioned the meal deal being $26.99 without skipping a beat she said, ""You didn't order a Meal Deal."" I said, ""isn't a meal deal a large pizza with double wings?"" She replied "" Yes it is - but you have to specify that when you order. You didn't say you wanted a Meal Deal so i can't give you the Meal Deal price""... she gave me a cocky smile and said... there's always next time! Really?? No - that will be my last order and I will be letting my family and friends know that over $5 and a smart a$$ waitress, we will go to what used to be our second favorite place...Pontillo's!
