I cannot believe that I have read this review, 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center offers the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced. I guess this review has been written by one of those customers that expects everything for FREE and when they don't get it they get angry and write reviews like this. I would think that 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center are better off without you. These guys go out of their way to be helpful, as well as being professional at all times.\r
Pros: Great Service and Fantastic Greeting Cards.
Cons: Wish they had a store in Greensborough NC
