I dont recommend this facility for anyone who loves their dog. I took my dog in this morning for a clip, bath and nails . I just picked him up and he has absolutely no hair. The groomer decided that he needed to have all his hair cut off. Fozzy is only 6 months old and I am devastated that I wasnt asked before they cut all his hair off. While I was waiting he was on the phone with a customer telling them that he decides how much hair to cut. Isnt it the patron who is paying that decides what is to be done ?
