Businiess name:  Les Schwab Tire Center

Review content:
Les Schwab has a long standing history of standing behind their products, providing perfect service, solving problems that happen in all businesses, and providing supperior products. However, I may be tempted to use costco in the future. I have a service problem -- and cannot even contact the corporate offices to help resolve it since their website has no ""contact information"". Basically the web site refers me back to the local store manager. The same manager who complained in front of me to his employee that it was ""not fair"" that he should be liable for a lost emblem, who charged me for a service that should NOT have been needed if they had installed the tire correctly the first time, and who promissed to call me in a few days with a solution ----10 days ago. I am surprised -- I have never had a problem with Les Schwaub previously. I really don't want to go to costco but feel trapped. What do I do????
