If you are looking for an accomodation in Williamsburg, Berkeley is not the real estate agency to rely upon. They are not professional at all and all the want is your money. We needed an electrician and they told us that he was on his way. Two months have gone by and we have not seen him yet. We sent more than twenty emails to whom was supossed to be our agent and nobody ever got back to us. They are highly inefficient in fixing problems and when you rent through them they do not tell you all the essential things you need to know about your condominium.
