The BAD: On two visits the front floor female was too busy talking and joking with a man to greet me or see if I needed assistance. On the second visit I had to interrupt her after 15 minutes of joking and laughing with another guy. If an employee needs to be replaced...just to it...it hurts referral business and if it's a family member, tell them to go get a job elsewhere. \r

The GOOD: However, the fabric (white on white) has held up 6 years repels red wine and chocolate amazingly! No stains after a few spills over time. \r

Workmanship is without flaw, you would never know it's been reupholstered. I would use them again and again.
Pros: Good quality fabrics and selection
