This is a very popular place, with good reason. Highly recommended: Ribs, skillet shrimp, seafood gumbo, catfish. Not recommended: Beef stew, marinated salad, crab au gratin. If you are alone or with one other person, they will steer you to the bar to eat to keep the dining room tables free for larger groups, so expect it to happen when they're busy. Best time to go is late afternoon/very early evening. Great service whether you're in the dining room or the bar. These are VERY friendly people. A bit pricey, but the location is high-rent. One more thing: Their beef stew?\r \r Don't. \r \r PLEASE don't. Pros: The ribs and skillet shrimp Cons: That beef stew
