I have received service directly from the owner for almost 10 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with him or with the quality of service at ""Tate Auto."" The owner is ALWAYS helpful, he goes out of his way to get the job done at a fair price, and his work is of high quality. What I appreciate the most is that I can trust ""Tate Auto Care."" I don't have to worry about whether or not they are trying to make an extra buck off of me. And they will tell me the truth about what really needs to be fixed.
What I don't appreciate is the ""Flat Tire Guy"" who wrote a bad review and then got all of his friends to write reviews for him, even though they probably don't even know where ""Tate Auto"" is located. It's ok to write ""bad"" reviews. Not every business is perfect. And ""Tate Auto is not perfect. But to get your friends to write reviews for you?! Come on! I have a feeling there is more to the story than what ""Flat Tire Man"" is telling us. Especially since I have known the owner and their service for almost 10 years.
Don't make your decision about ""Tate Auto"" based only upon one ""flat tire.""
