I have lived in Raleigh my entire life and have been to many General Dentists until I FINALLY found the best one in Raleigh, Dr. Katherine Garrett! Every time I have visited her office, I have encountered the friendliest and most professional staff! Her office is very clean and not to mention, BEAUTIFUL! My dental cleaning was very thorough and gentle. When Dr. Garrett came in to do my exam, she introduced herself and was very interested in learning about me and any dental concerns I may have. She generated a treatment plan for my dental needs and took time to review it with me. I had several questions for her which she answered very professionally and on a level that I could understand. Afterwards, I went to the front desk to check out and WOW! what a nice front desk staff she has! The girls were very friendly and attentive. They reviewed my treatment plan and my insurance benefits with me and went out of their way to find a time that was convenient for me to schedule my appointments. I returned for treatment and could not have asked for a better experience (besides the prior one)! Dr. Garrett was very gentle and pain-free and once again, everyone was very nice and professional!! I cannot say enough good things about this office. I would highly recommend her office to anyone and everyone!!!
