Review content:
I was lucky enough to happen upon Stride Rite on a weekday morning before any other shoppers had arrived when I was ready to buy my son his first pair of shoes - I've never seen this Stride Rite empty before. I was promptly greeted by the manager, who was the woman who waited on me. She was extremely friendly and unbelievably knowledgable about the product she was selling. She measured my son's feet, and was great with him. He laughed at her funny faces and seemed to be having a great time. She talked to me about the different types of shoes available, and the pros and cons of each type of shoe. She was extremely patient with me, and helped me make an informed decision about my son's first shoes. When he outgrows these, I will definitely be returning to the Stride Rite at Citrus Park Mall. Pros: Customer service, different types of shoes available, high quality shoes Cons: Shoes are a bit expensive
