I had a $35 credit from December '08 - tried to use it today (May '10) on a pair of earrings for $52 but was told I couldn't because it wasn't in their system... even though the receipt was printed with the store's paper with the clerk's name, and ""credit""/my address was written on the paper. I was told-- by the owner-- that I could have easily circled the amount and had written ""credit."" Only reason I had not used the credit sooner was that I could not find something for less than $100 that I liked, and I could not afford an expensive piece of art. This is pretty horrible customer service - all over $35?! I hope others see this and choose to support artists at other galleries - Little Art Gallery in Cameron Village is great! Cons: RUDE
