Review content:
Bought the living social promo for keratin treatment. Called for an appointment and I got there right on time. I was asked to wait & after 15 minutes when I went up to the receptionist he says it will take another 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!! I said ok I shall be back after lunch but I hope you had told me sooner instead of having me sitting there for 15 minutes.\r
I asked the receptionist to confirm with the lady who would do my hair that she would be ready for me in 45 mins. He came back after 10 minutes of discussing with her that it will be 45 minutes. \r
I came back and went up to the counter & was told it would be another 45 MINUTES!!!! I told them I would get a refund from living social & glad the lady, Michelle did not do my hair :) they said ok. \r
No one used the word sorry or apologize!!!\r

Save yourself time & don't go here. \r
There are plenty other salons out there who wouldn't be as busy :)\r
