i have always been a loyal customer of this pawn shop. everything i have ever pawned i picked up in time... however, i called today to pick up a chain that i have had there and was told they already got rid of it and it has only been there since end of june... i have had things in there longer. what gets me is they could have called me before they put it out to sell to warn me to come pick it up or it was going to be gone... never even got a call and i have been such a loyal customer.. they lady there has no sympathy, told her it was my husbands mothers chain that passed away and all she said is she has the right to do that... very incompassionate!
