Review content:
Im an art student in San Francisco. I have used Fast Frame in the past to cut matte frames for 5 X 7 Prints, and they have been successful. \r I returned to Fast Frame for the second time, to have my award winning piece mounted for final presentation.\r Its a 22X30 hand silked screened print. \r When I layed it out and showed it to the manager of the store, to talk about mounting options... his little girl (who he brings to work with him) took her tiny matchbox car/airplane, and ran across my art work while it was on the front desk. I was SO MAD! what made it worse was he didnt even apologize for his childs actions. \r \r I let it slide because kids will be kids, and I didnt know of any other options for mounting companies. When I picked up the print, 1 day later, it looked fine in the store. I took it home, kept it wrapped until class this morning. I unwrapped it for my class presentation tonight, and I was embarrassed and upset. The double matte mounting fell apart in front of my class. They used two strips of double sided tape that could not support my 2 by 3 foot print. I also discovered when they taped my art work down, they created a stretch in the rag cloth on the side. \r \r Unprofessional and poor craftsmanship. I will be contacting them soon for a refund. Pros: friendly customer service Cons: poor quality and unprofessional
