Will Therieau went above and beyond with customer service. I had been pricing new trucks here in SC, GA, NC, and Texas. After all of my research, I knew what it was that I wanted. I just needed the best price to fit my budget. I visited all of my local dealers and was met with typical bullish and deceptive behavior. It was never straightforward and concise with the simple question of price. Will answered my many questions and took my numerous phone calls with patience each time. I felt I actually had a voice at the negotiating table. As an out of town client, I felt confident when I made the trip down to Charleston to buy my new truck. Late on a Saturday night, after hours, Will was waiting for me as my schedule was just too tight to make regular store hours. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and back on the road home with my new 2012 F250! My buying experience could not have been better! And I saved well over $1,500 over everyones' best pricing.
