This place is the worst boutique for wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Our experience has been a complete nightmare. All they do is lie to you there. My sister is getting married tomorrow and as of today, the day before the wedding, we still do not have her dress in hand. We ordered all the dresses over six months ago. And they only finished the bridesmaid dresses a couple days ago. What's more, the amount they charged for alterations was almost the same price as the dress. We were originally told alterations would be no more than $60 a dress and some girls ended up paying $160 for alternations on a $180 dress. My sister paid close to $400 for a hem and bustle on her wedding dress. Definitely not the place to deal with when it comes to bridal stuff because it adds much uneeded stress. Completely unethical and the customer service isn't that great either.
