The typical norm in most colleges is that students can ask questions to clarify misunderstanding of the lesson and most instructors; IF THEY ARE REALLY QUALIFIED is, to answer it to the best of their ability in such a way that the students could comprehend what needs to be understood wether it is inside the classroom or outside the class. Raphael (the teacher wink wink) not only ignores it in or out of the room but that the only thing he wants to talk about is his winnings at Cache Creek Casino while smoking a cigarette with coffee on one hand during breaks. If you would spend your hard earned money or thinking or risking your future on a student loan to get a good education? Forget about this place!
