after one year of dealing with furniture being delivered that is wrong, warped or broken, we finally were happy. That didn't last long, i now have found that citi financial, the company Roomful Express uses, has lowered our credit limit by $2000! Our choices are, return some of the furniture, pay the $2000 out of pocket or get another loan through someone else. I am renting a Ryder truck this weekend and loading ALL of the furniture I have received from them. I am sending it all back. The furniture is not of good quality, the customer service is atrocious and citi financial is a joke. I will never buy anything from them ever again!
