Jason Vondracheck and Quest Realty Group are slumlords, verbally abusive and non communicative about fixing repairs in a timely manner. I haven't lived in their rental unit more then 2 months and windows are still broken, screens are missing, dry wall is missing, insulation is falling from the wall, yards are riddled with broken glass, trash and rusty nails, live wires are hanging from the side of the house etc etc. ALL OF THIS was verbally promised to be repaired, cleaned up and fixed by my move in on March 1 2012 by Thomas Klan, employee of Quest Realty, and listing agent. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN and now Jason Vondracheck is refusing to address or fix any of those items causing myself and my animals to live in an unsafe and unsound structure/home. They ask outrageous amounts for rent with poor contractors that don't even know how to plaster and paint properly. Refusing to respond to phone calls and voicemails and verbally abusive in email correspondences. The AC compressor to the building has been stolen twice now and it took them over 4+ months to replace the last one. Their third AC compressor and it still is not bolted down to the ground or building?! What novices begging the junkies in the neighborhood to come and get it. Ridiculous they are even still in business and a shame they continue to feel it's ok to treat tenants that are potentially paying them tens of thousands of dollars in rent over a year lease as someone below them that won't demand the situation rectified and respect given. Based on the email trail below the owner of the building didn't even know the second AC compressor was stolen. Great way to manage a property!
