I had the same exp. as Brenda... First off, the lady treating me was 20 minutes late arriving to the office. I think I read Glamour April edition 20 times before she arrived. On top of that the place is dirty and dingy - they didn't even turn on half the lights in the office giving it a creepy ""where the hell am I?"" vibe.
Furthermore, the staff was discourteous and the receptionist barely spoke english. I had to repeat ""Mondays are no good for me"" several times until I simplified with ""Mondays are bad"". And when the lady treating me gave different info from the receptionist on followup treatments, hilarity ensued.
I would never go back except for the fact I have already paid for 5 more treatments. Go somewhere else more courteous, cleaner and less of a ""hey let's start a spa in the basement"" vibe.
