I've been going since 2009. I had braces put on my teeth and had them taken off WAY TOO SOON. For the last 2 years, I have had the worst time getting follow appointments. They have constant problems with staff turnover, can't keep a dentist long enough to figure out who actually works there. Every time I tried to make an appointment, I was promised call backs that never happened. I have a huge problem with my teeth moving and they now want to pass the buck. My teeth are NOT straight and they are constantly sending me a bill for the balance. I finally decided to file a formal complaint to the State board. I wouldn't let my dog go there if they treated animals. In the beginning, the service was okay, but as soon as I started presenting with a problem due to their lack of prompt care, they don't want to help, they want to send me to someone else to fix their problem.
