I signed a contract with Omni in Mobile, AL. I was told several times that if I needed to relocate to let them know. I did, then I was told they no longer deal with membership cancellation and to contact National Fitness by letter. I did, only to later find out that my letter was not received. I paid the remainder of my contract. Then, I found out that my membership was automatically renewed. Once again, the only way to cancel is to contact National Fitness by mail. DO NOT TRUST THIS GYM. FIND ANOTHER ONE. IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO JOIN, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF IT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!
Pros: No pros after trying to leave.
Cons: THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!!!!!
