You know I had other thoughts while I was reading these reviews...like this lady cant be that bad. Well she was not that great, that I can say for sure. I went to the shop Saturday afternoon 03/24/2012 and the gentleman working was AMAZING. Had lots of info and was just very helpful over all. We were looking at buying a board, but my son had some things to work out. I decided I wanted to buy the board from Mt.Si due to the encounter from Saturday. I called this morning and talked to a female. One can only assume it was the one from the other reviews. I had a question about prices, I was only trying to find out their retail price so I would know what the price would be after the % off. I mentioned that another store had it for a higher price and I was curious. Then she got all defensive about how this other store didnt play by the rules when they started up. Then she said she wasnt going to argue with me...see the trend folks. Needless to say...that OTHER STORE got my sale and will continue as they have been soooooo helpful. Yes their prices are a little higher...but CUSTOMER SERVICE say a lot about a place.
