I belong to ILWM and have lost a significant amount of weight and inches. I can't understand what the last reviewer was talking about. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, the gym is not intimidating, and it is very much worth the money. They have a residential program that feeds partcipants, so that explains the food smells. \r

The program is what you make of it--if you are not willing to work hard, this is certainly not the place for you. There is no magic pill only hard work. The work pays off though.\r

the administrative staff go out of their way to accomodate everyone and keep everyone happy. I have not found them pushy at all. \r

It is a great placwe with a positive attitude. It seems like it was made just for me. \r
