We took our kids here this week during school vacation and it was pretty amazing. The atmosphere was very upbeat and fun and the customer service was really good considering how busy they were. The place was packed but the staff seemed to be having fun most of the time. They would do things with all of us in between the laser tag games I guess to keep us busy with something and that was pretty cool. They would either play some trivia games or some other random game. There was one where they had everyone put a piece of paper on their head and try to draw a shark. Then they poured over them and came up with a couple winners and those people won some sort of prize. Our kids loved it! My wife thought it was real neat too because then we didn't have to spend money on the video games.\r \r There's no pricing on the website, but I think that's because they want you to call ahead and talk to someone. Everyone seemed pleasant to talk to, and when we called they were very adamant about making reservations. As busy as they were, I'm glad we did because if we didn't, one of the employees told me that we may have had to wait for a few hours before we could play. That's how busy they were.\r \r As a 43 year old business man with a family, I have to admit that I think I had more fun than my 12 & 8 year old did. I don't think it's more expensive than going to a movie or anything else that you do with your family, and it's definitely worth the money if not just for the game, which is fantastic, but for the entire experience. \r \r I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do something fun once in a while. Pros: great customer service...Manager talked to me, and made me feel important...I like that Cons: hard to get to. It's on the backside of a plaza off 128
