Man these guys are fantastic! The sales guys at the front counter were honest and up front with me with what they suspected was wrong and how long it would take when I dropped off my laptop. The next day I received a call from the tech working on my computer, and he walked me through what was wrong and what my options were. They had me up in running again in a matter of days. A great experience overall, I recommend them to everyone I know!
