this was an unsafe, horrible, filthy, dirty, disgusting place.
with broken appliances-the list goes on. this is my second and last experience with these crooks-we actually cleaned up the place FOR them and no deposit back. They refuse to help once they get your huge deposit that they ask for up front. The one nice employee they had when we were there contacted me privately to tell me that she was so sorry. She agreed that it was a terrible business and was quitting. Part of my rental was wireless service. Apparently this employee had to lend me her air card because Rose Real Estate didnt have any wireless organized by the time we arrived . After she quit-they refused to pay for her wireless that I used/ they had charged me for & stuck her with the bill!!. PLEASE dont waste your time/$$!! They are experts at ripping people off and that's ALL they DO.
