My wife and I had a great experience with PC Palz. Our home PC crashed on a Sunday, and PC Palz was able to dispatch a technician within a few hours of the call. The technician, Mike, was very knowledgable and professional, and he explained to us the issues with the laptop in a manner that was easy for my wife to understand. I highly recommend them if your computer gives you the ""blue screen of death"".
